ACBL - Learn Home Page where you can read about the basics of the game and download the excellent
Learn to Play Bridge software.
UGA Bridge Club will use the SAYC bidding system.

The best way to learn is to actually play, so come to Bridge Club!!!
... or play online. There many places to play, but a free one with a nice Duplicate-style client is on Microsoft's Zone.com.

You can join the ACBL with a Junior Membership for just $14/yr. Membership benefits include the Bridge Bulletin and being able to earn Masterpoints!
Athens is in the ACBL's Mid-Atlantic Bridge Conference, District 7, Unit 14. Check those site for local & regional tournament information.
